ลักษณะทั่วไป
เป็นไม้ยืนต้น ขนาดกลาง แตกกิ่งก้านสาขามาก ใบดกหนา ใบมีขนาด 1 - 2 เซ็นติเมตร สีเทาขลิบด้วยสีขาว ใบที่ผลิใหม่ ส่วนที่เป็นสีขาวจะมีสีชมพูเรื่อๆ เจืออยู่ด้วย มองดูไกลๆ สวยงามมาก ดอกมีสีขาวหรือเหลืองอ่อน แตกตามยอดหรือปลายกิ่งหรือกิ่งข้างดอกย่อยอยู่รวมกันเป็นกระจุกกลมแน่น
