ลักษณะทั่วไป
สนคริสต์มาสนี้มีใบเรียวเล็กเป็นมันเลื่อม ที่ปลายในจะมีสีเขียวอมเหลืองนิดๆ การที่มีกิ่งก้านเล็กเลยทำให้สนคริสต์มาสดูบอบบางไม่แข็งแรง เมื่อนำเข้ามาปลูกในร่มจะปลูกได้สูงเต็มที่ประมาณ 2 เมตรเท่านั้นการปลูก ประดับนั้น ถ้าต้องการให้มันแตกพุ่มควรหมั่นตัดยอดบ่อยๆ สนคริสต์มาสชอบห้องที่มีอากาศอบอุ่นและมีความชื้นสูง ในห้าร้อนควรฉีดพ่นละอองน้ำให้มันทุกๆ วัน

การดูแลรักษา

• โรคและแมลง  ไม่ค่อยพบโรคและแมลง จะมีก็แต่การให้น้ำมากเกินไป ดังนั้นผู้ปลูกเลี้ยงควรระวังเรื่องการให้น้ำด้วย
