ไม้ดอกล้มลุก ลำต้นมีขน ใบเป็นรูปไข่ ปลายใบ แหลม ขอบใบเรียบใบติดกับลำต้นเส้นใบออกจากจุด เดียวกันตรงฐานใบแยกเป็น 5 เส้น ดอกมีหลายสี เช่น แดง ชมพู ส้ม เหลือง และ แดงอมม่วง เป็นต้น ถิ่นกำเนิดในเม็กซิกัน นิยมปลูกประดับทั่วไป ขยายพันธุ์ โดยการเพาะเมล็ดและใช้ส่วนยอดปักชำ

Generalization
Annual flowering stems, hairy leaves are oval, pointed leaves at the edge of a flat bladeattached to the trunk of the vein. The exact same form as the flowers have five different colors like red, pink, orange, yellow and magenta, etc., originated in Mexican Commonlygrown ornamental species by seeds and cuttings used in embroidery.
